摘要

从艾灸治病的特点、适应证和效应特点等方面阐释了艾灸温通作用的理论基础

艾灸以温热刺激为起始动因

以疏通经络为作用机制

以温促通是艾灸产生诸多治疗效应的主要机制。总结出艾灸温通作用存在强弱和缓急的差异

并对临床应用作了初步的探讨。
