摘要

从提插与捻转手法能量输入模型出发

运用物理学中的能量密度、能流密度和声强级概念

在次声范围内

分别计算出提插法和捻转法平均能流密度和次声声强随频率的分布。根据分布表进行讨论

发现针刺过程输入的能流密度和声强级都较大

经络实质很可能是富含弹性纤维和胶原纤维的筋膜组织

烧山火"重插"的热补手法效应是同位相孤立波能量产生的作用

透天凉"重提"的凉泻手法效应是反位相孤立波能量产生的作用。说明提插行针输入能量稍大于捻转行针

但差别不大;行针快慢对能量传递效果影响较大;人体经络物质对捻转能量传递效果较好。
