摘要

分析针灸穴方的整体结构模式

为临床辨证取穴研究提供新思路。以针灸学常用教材所载穴方为数据来源

构建辨证取穴处方的有向网络。以Pajek1.25绘制网络可视化图

以Matlab7.0计算证的选穴关系和穴的配证关系的分布模式。结果表明在233种证和232个腧穴之间存在1 635种搭配关系。证的选穴关系符合随机分布特征

平均每种证选取约5个腧穴。穴的配证关系具有幂律分布特征

通过少量配穴即可调治大多数证。说明针灸处方的辨证取穴关系在整体结构上具有复杂性。证的选穴和穴的配证模式互不相同

前者遵循随机模式

后者符合无尺度特征。复杂网络分析技术能为针灸处方分析提供有效的应用手段。
