摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线配合常规西药治疗肺肾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。对照组行西药常规治疗;观察组在西药常规治疗基础上

在定喘、肺俞、肾俞、丰隆、足三里进行穴位埋线。比较两组治疗前、治疗后6个月内COPD急性发作(AECOPD)次数、中度以上AECOPD次数、中医证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30)

对照组为90.0%(27/30)

两组疗效相当;两组治疗后6个月内AE-COPD总次数、中度以上AECOPD次数均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01

P<0.05)

观察组AECO-PD总次数较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷症状积分及中医证候总积分均明显降低(均P<0.01)

观察组治疗后咳嗽、胸闷症状积分降低更明显(均P<0.01)。结论:穴位埋线结合药物治疗与单纯药物治疗疗效相近

但穴位埋线结合西药治疗COPD稳定期患者能有效减少AECOPD次数

改善咳嗽、胸闷等症状。
