摘要

目的:比较针灸配合药物治疗与单纯药物治疗男性骨质疏松症患者的疗效差异。方法:将55例男性骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(30例)。观察组在口服阿仑磷酸钠的基础上取脾俞、肾俞、命门、神阙等穴

采用针刺和温灸治疗;对照组单纯口服阿仑磷酸钠。两组均连续治疗6个月后观察临床症状积分和骨密度(BMD)的改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后症状积分均明显降低(均P<0.001)

观察组治疗后较对照组下降更明显(P<0.001);观察组腰椎和股骨BMD较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

观察组治疗后腰椎BMD较对照组增加明显(P<0.05);对照组部分患者出现腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、消化不良等

观察组不良反应的程度及出现率较对照组明显减轻和降低。结论:针灸配合药物治疗男性骨质疏松症疗效较好、不良反应小

优于单纯口服阿仑磷酸钠。
