摘要

目的:验证定喘穴经皮神经电刺激对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性期患者肺功能的改善作用。方法:采用随机对照研究方法将40例COPD急性期患者随机分为A组、B组

每组20例。A组予定喘穴经皮神经电刺激(频率4 Hz、波宽200 ms)

B组予定喘穴无电流输出的假刺激治疗。连续治疗10天

观察治疗前后肺功能测试变化

包括第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_1%)

进行疗效评价。结果:两组治疗前肺功能各项指标差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

经过10次治疗

两组肺功能各项指标治疗后及治疗前后差值比较

差异亦无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:频率4 Hz、波宽200 ms的定喘穴经皮神经电刺激治疗对急性期COPD患者肺功能指标的改善无明显辅助治疗作用。
