摘要

神经性皮炎又名慢性单纯性苔藓

是一种以皮肤苔藓样变及剧烈阵发性瘙痒为特征的神经功能障碍性皮肤病

病因尚不十分明确

病变呈对称分布

尤以夜间为重。本病的发生与精神因素有关

情绪波动、精神紧张、劳累过度以及局部衣领摩擦、搔抓等刺激均可促发本病或使本病加剧

常反复发作。
