摘要

目的:观察针刺中渚、外关改善脑卒中后手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中后手功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例

两组均给予常规药物治疗及物理治疗、作业治疗等康复训练

观察组加针刺患手中渚、外关。两组治疗前后分别进行神经功能缺损评分、手功能、步行能力、日常生活活动能力(ADL)改良巴氏指数量表等评定。结果:两组患者治疗后

手功能、步行能力、ADL、NIHSS评分较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.01)。观察组手功能、步行能力、ADL改善较对照组更为明显(均P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后手功能障碍患者常规药物治疗及康复训练配合针刺中渚、外关治疗

能明显改善脑卒中后手功能障碍

提高步行能力

提高日常生活活动能力

提高康复疗效。
