摘要

目的:探寻对神经外科昏迷患者早期催醒的方法。方法:选取格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)<8分的脑挫裂伤、脑出血、脑肿瘤患者随机分为观察组(218例)和对照组(237例)。两组均予常规药物或/及手术治疗

观察组生命体征稳定后即予醒脑开窍针刺法联合运动疗法的康复治疗

穴取水沟、百会、内关等;对照组不予康复治疗

比较两组催醒情况。结果:观察组治疗30天后清醒率为80.7%(176/218)

高于对照组的46.8%(111/237)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:早期针刺结合运动疗法能提高神经外科昏迷患者清醒率

从而降低患者的死亡率和致残率。
