摘要

目的:比较子午流注纳支法与常规针刺治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

两组取穴均为脾经穴太白、公孙、三阴交、阴陵泉、腹结、大横。观察组采用纳支法按时循经取穴治疗(即在每日脾经最旺的巳时进行治疗)

对照组在除巳时之外的时间采用常规毫针针刺治疗

每日1次

10次为一疗程

共3个疗程。结果:观察组总有效率为86.2%(25/29)

对照组为75.9%(22/29)

观察组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)

观察组在降低患者体质量、体质量指数及肥胖度

减小患者腰围及腰/臀比方面均优于对照组

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:纳支法治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症疗效优于常规针刺法。
