摘要

目的:探讨壮医药线点灸疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制。方法:将30只家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、药线组、空线组和假手术组

每组6只。采用摘除卵巢去势建立围绝经期综合征模型。造模后药线组采用壮医药线点灸"脐周穴""下关元""肾俞""脾俞"等穴

每日1次

共治疗4周;空线组采用空线点灸与药线组相同穴位

其余各组不做干预处理

分别于治疗前后观察各组性激素的变化。结果:去势后血清雌二醇(E_2)水平模型组为(308.33±12.58)pmol/L、空线组为(303.43±10.57)pmol/L、药线组为(304.96±13.85)pmol/L

较正常组的(478.09±12.23)pmol/L、假手术组的(488.05±11.45)pmol/L下降(均P<0.01)。治疗后

E_2水平药线组为(338.92±11.23)pmol/L

有所上升(P<0.01)

高于模型组的(300.53±13.68)pmol/L、空线组的(309.74±13.59)pmol/L(均P<0.01);药线组卵泡刺激素(FSH)为(58.90±5.29)U/L、黄体生成激素(LH)为(64.65±5.23)U/L

水平低于模型组的(65.41±5.19)U/L、(71.85±5.30)U/L(均P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸疗法可提高去势家兔血清E_2水平及降低FSH、LH水平

这可能是其治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制之一。
