通过介绍联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》对于非物质文化遗产定义、人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录的定义和标准以及《保护非物质文化遗产公约操作指南》对申报材料的构成、内容阐述等方面的具体要求

解析"中医针灸"申报文本编写过程中遗产名称、遗产特征、遗产确认、遗产价值、保护措施、代表性图片、宣传片7个关键问题的确定和阐述。认为代表作名录申报文本的编写要紧扣申报规则

抓住文化内涵

明确申报内容和申报主体

着重阐述保护。
