目的:探讨艾灸预处理对大负荷训练期间运动员身体免疫机能的影响。方法:12名中长跑男子运动员

随机分为空白组(6名)和艾灸组(6名)

艾灸组在训练时采用艾灸关元、足三里和关元、三阴交

每日交替施灸

连续4周;空白组只训练不予任何干预。分别在运动训练前、运动训练3周后、调整训练1周后

采用实时荧光定量PCR检测外周血γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白介素-4(IL-4)细胞因子mRNA的表达量。结果:①大负荷训练3周后

血睾酮/血皮质醇(T/C)比值空白组为0.017±0.003、艾灸组为0.021±0.007

分别与同组大负荷训练前(0.036±0.009、0.037±0.013)相比

T/C比值明显降低(均P<0.01);②大负荷训练3周后

空白组IFN-γ mRNA(2.76±1.28)和IFN-γ mRNA/IL-4 mRNA比值(3.28±1.76)明显高于同组大负荷训练前(1.75±0.44、1.52±0.76)(均P<0.05);调整训练1周后

空白组IFN-γmRNA/IL-4 mRNA比值(0.86±0.66)明显低于同组大负荷训练后(3.28±1.76)(P<0.05);③艾灸组运动员IFN-γ mRNA、IL-4 mRNA及IFN-γ mRNA/IL-4 mRNA比值随时间的变化先上升

后恢复

但3次之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:艾灸预处理方法可预防大负荷训练期间中长跑男子运动员Th1/Th2失衡。
