对近年来电针治疗动眼神经麻痹症的研究概况进行综合分析和评论。结果表明电针为治疗该病的主要方法

能给予患者持续刺激

能够加强针刺作用从而提高临床疗效。存在的主要问题是眼外肌刺激的最佳电针阈值尚未见报道

临床采用电针参数尚不规范

使临床治疗效果未达最佳水平

且电针治疗该病的机制探讨尚不明确。建议今后要提升研究水平

开拓思路

探求眼外肌最佳电针刺激参数

并明确电针治疗该病的机制及寻找有价值的观察指标。
