摘要

目的:比较热敏点灸与口服盖天力治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效差异

探讨其相关治疗机制。方法:60例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为热敏灸组和盖天力组

每组30例。热敏灸组在足三里、脾俞、肾俞、命门穴上及附近寻找热敏化点

施热敏灸治疗;盖天力组口服盖天力片

每次3片

每天3次。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及骨密度(BMD)、血碱性磷酸酶(S-AKP)、尿钙/尿肌酐比值(U-Ca/Cr)的变化。结果:热敏灸组总有效率为86.7%(26/30)

优于盖天力组的76.7%(23/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后热敏灸组腰椎(L2—L4)骨密度均值较治疗前提高(P<0.05)

S-AKP、U-Ca/Cr比值均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

盖天力组以上指标治疗前后无显著变化(均P>0.05)。结论:热敏点灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效优于口服盖天力片

其机制为抑制骨吸收

增加骨强度

使骨代谢趋于正平衡状态

从而达到增加骨密度、改善临床症状的效果。
