摘要

对国内外针灸临证课教学现状进行分析

对从临床案例入手培养临床辨证思维能力进行探讨与思考

并针对针灸教学的教材编写和考试等方面提出建议。认为针灸临证课的教学效果直接影响学生走上临床运用针灸防治疾病的能力。国外针灸教学灵活

十分强调临床实用性

但对理论不够重视;国内则更加重视理论

忽视对学生动手能力的培养。国内相应教改形式多样

虽然取得一定成效

但还需进一步完善。
