脊柱相关性腹痛主要是指因脊柱相关疾病所引起"腹痛"的症状。由于对这类腹痛认识不清

病人多辗转于消化内科、腹外科、中医内科、妇科、儿科等

却又得不到专业的准确治疗

多延误病情

疗效不佳。笔者在30余年的临床实践中

对这类腹痛采用针灸督脉穴为主的方法

现报道如下。
