摘要

目的:验证辨证取穴针刺治疗原发性高血压病的疗效

探讨针刺治疗原发性高血压病的机制。方法:将135例原发性高血压病患者随机分为观察组(108例)和对照组(27例)。两组均予常规针刺风池、曲池、足三里、三阴交

观察组在此基础上予中医辨证配穴

对照组不取配穴

每日1次。针刺15天后观察患者疗效和甲襞微循环的变化。结果:观察组显效率和总有效率分别为29.6%(32/108)和84.2%(91/108)

优于对照组的18.5%(5/27)和70.4%(19/27)(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后甲襞微循环均有改善

其中血液流态积分、襻周状态积分、总积分改善明显(均P<0.05)

且观察组较对照组改善更显著(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗原发性高血压病疗效显著

且辨证取穴可提高疗效

其机制可能与改善微循环状态

从而减小血管外周阻力有关。
