摘要

目的:验证耳穴磁贴在妇科开腹手术辅助麻醉的镇痛镇静效应和术后对机体功能恢复的作用。方法:将妇科开腹手术患者92例随机分为3组

耳穴组(31例)于手术前夜在双侧神门、皮质下、子宫及盆腔等相关耳穴区贴敷磁珠并按压;安慰组(31例)在所选耳穴区贴敷同样外观的无磁珠胶布;空白组(30例)不予任何干预措施。观察术前夜至术后3天的精神、胃肠功能等变化。结果:与安慰组、空白组比较

耳穴组的术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较少(25.5±0.81 vs 28.9±3.19、28.3+2.36

均P<0.01)

加用氟芬合剂的剂量较少[(2.5±1.1)mL vs(3.4±1.8)mL、(3.2±1.6)mL

均P<0.05)

术后排气时间较早[(34.2±12.1)h vs(46.3±10.9)h、(43.2±14.8)h

均P<0.01]

术前及术毕血清β-内啡肽水平较高(均P<0.05)。结论:耳穴磁贴对妇科开腹手术具有一定的稳定情绪、镇痛及调整机体功能的作用。
