摘要

颈部挥鞭样损伤是美国针灸临床中的常见病症

笔者通过分析其损伤机制、临床表现和中医病机

介绍挥鞭样损伤的常见中医辨证分型

提出挥鞭样损伤临床辨证应综合考虑病损部位与病程阶段的观点。病损部位以经筋的不同经证为辨证依据

而区分为太阳、阳明、少阳、少阴等经证;不同病程阶段的辨证分型

急性期分为气滞和血瘀型

慢性期分为痰浊交阻、肝肾不足、气血两虚型。同时介绍针灸治疗的方案与典型病例。
