患者

女

65岁。初诊日期:2010年6月12日。主诉:两胁部发热、胀闷30年。病史:30年前因产褥期受凉、劳累

渐出现乏力、骨节疼痛等症

尤其自觉心胸两胁部发热、胀闷

持续不已

诸症每因劳累及情志不畅而加重。近年

除上述症状不解外

复感
