摘要

目的:观察电针结合心理干预疗法对网络瘾(IAD)患者网络渴求、焦虑等戒断症状的影响

并探讨其作用机制。方法:将120例IAD患者随机分为电针组、心理组、电针结合心理组(综合组)。电针组选取百会、四神聪、合谷、内关、太冲、三阴交穴

行电针治疗

隔天1次

共治疗20次;心理组采用认知行为疗法

4天1次

共治疗10次;综合组运用电针结合心理干预疗法。观察治疗前后患者网瘾自评量表、网络渴求程度、ZUNG焦虑自评量表评分及脑电超慢涨落图(ET)的S波谱变化。结果:治疗结束后

综合组网瘾自评量表、网络渴求程度、ZUNG焦虑自评量表评分均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01)

且综合组网瘾自评量表评分显著低于电针组和心理组(P<0.01

P<0.05)

网络渴求程度评分显著低于心理组(P<0.01);综合组脑电图S11系波谱较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)

且显著低于心理组和电针组(均P<0.05)。结论:电针结合心理干预可降低IAD患者网络渴求及焦虑状态

其机制可能与患者中枢多巴胺(DA)含量下降有关。
