摘要

系统考察明清至民国西医东渐过程中

西方"nerve"被译入我国的整个经过以及它对经络理论认识与研究的影响。研究结果表明

"nerve"在明清时期被译作"细筋""脑气筋"等术语

直至清末民初我国才由日本引入"神经"这一翻译方式

这时我国医家才开始探索经络与神经的联系

继而引发了我国对于经络实质探索及其研究思路的明显转变

并对此后直至当今的经络研究产生了深远影响。
