摘要

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种慢性胃肠功能紊乱性疾病

临床上以腹泻型(IBS-D)最为常见[1]。2008年4月—2010年2月

笔者采用口针疗法治疗IBS-D45例

现报道如下。1一般资料本组45例均来自河北省望都县中医院针灸科、消化科门诊的IBS-D患者

其中男24例

女21例;年龄18～63岁

平均(32.1±8.72)岁;病程2～24年

平均(8.1±6.5)年。临床表现为腹痛、腹泻

排便习惯改变
