摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗青光眼的机制

为青光眼患者寻找一种简便而有效的控制眼压和平稳眼压的治疗手段。方法:39例(75眼)青光眼患者(眼压控制情况不定)予针刺治疗

穴取四白、攒竹、睛明、球后等

观察针刺前后10 a.m.、2 p.m.、6 p.m.、10 p.m.及次日5 a.m.、7 a.m.眼压值及24 h眼压波动值。结果:针刺后各时点眼压均较针刺前有所下降

针刺后5 a.m.、7 a.m.、10 a.m.、6 p.m.、10 p.m.的眼压与针刺前相应时点比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);针刺后24 h眼压波动值为(5.31±2.84)mmHg

显著低于针刺前的(7.06±3.86)mmHg(P<0.05)。结论:对于眼压控制不定的患者

针刺不但能降低眼压

而且能平稳24 h眼压波动

有益于保护青光眼患者视功能

是青光眼患者控制眼压和平稳眼压的好方法。
