摘要

目的:研究心经与肺经相对特异性作用的中枢调控机制

为进一步探索经脉脏腑与脑相关的研究提供试验依据。方法:选择健康在校大学生10名

采用改良组块设计

先静息32个时间点

然后于32个时间点行捻针刺激

再静息留针48个时间点

再捻针刺激32个时间点

最后静息留针16个时间点

功能像采集共持续10 min 44 s。由一名具有多年工作经验的针灸医师采用一次性无菌不锈钢毫针针刺受试者左侧太渊或神门穴

平补平泻

频率为1 Hz

进针深度约1.0 cm。试验结束后

详细询问并记录志愿者的针刺感觉和检查过程中的其他感觉或心理活动。数据分析采用功能性神经影像分析软件AFNI处理。结果:针刺太渊穴可以兴奋对侧的额叶、顶叶、丘脑、小脑Ⅵ和Ⅷ层以及下半月小叶;抑制双侧扣带回和同侧直回。针刺神门则主要兴奋对侧小脑Ⅳ—Ⅷ

同侧小脑Ⅵ、Ⅶ区;抑制同侧顶叶的部分区域。结论:针刺心经神门穴和肺经太渊穴可以引起不同脑区的激活或负激活

经脉经穴差异性显著。
