摘要

患者

男

54岁

于2008年8月6日初诊。主诉:右咽部感觉丧失、吞咽困难1个半月。病史:1个半月前自觉右侧咽部麻木不适

次日晨起进食时右咽部无感觉、咽下困难、语声嘎哑重浊不扬

遂到某医院耳鼻喉科就诊。喉镜、头部MRI、胸透及消化道检查未见异常改变

排除咽喉部疾患。给予先锋霉素静脉点注5日

症状未见改善。后又到神经内科就诊

给予胞二磷胆碱、弥可保等药物静脉点注1个月

症状亦未见改善。既往有高血压史及家
