摘要

患者

男

63岁

于2008年1月7日就诊。主诉:胸闷、喘憋2月余。病史:患者于2007年11月7日无明显诱因出现反复发热

体温最高38.9℃

自服感冒冲剂后体温未再升高

但安静状态下出现前胸、后背阵发性针刺样疼痛

弥漫性分布

持续约5 min后自行缓解

第2天出现夜间卧位时明显胸闷、喘憋持续不缓解。既往有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病史

一直服药

控制良好。做各种检查后诊断为不明原因双侧膈神经麻痹。住院治疗2个月喘憋无明
