摘要

刺灸法是针灸施治的重要手段和过程

对于不同病症或疾病的不同阶段

临床效应存在着显著差异。本文首次明确提出刺灸法效应特异性的概念

即不同刺灸法因其临床效应各异而有着不同的最佳适应证或病症阶段的对应关系。与此同时

通过针对不同种类的刺灸法、同种刺灸法的不同具体方法以及刺灸法相同而参数不同的针灸治疗对某种疾病的临床疗效进行对比的文献资料

佐证了其刺灸法效应特异性存在的客观性

并阐述了国内专家对刺灸法效应特异性的相关认识;论证了提出和研究刺灸法效应特异性

可通过挖掘刺灸法效应特异性的规律与特点

发挥其对于针灸临床决策、教学实施和科研设计所具有的重要价值。
