摘要

目的:观察针刺内关穴为主治疗无症状心肌缺血(SMI)的临床疗效。方法:将40例SMI患者随机分为电针组和药物组

每组20例。电针组以手厥阴心包经内关穴为主

结合辨证分型选穴

予电针治疗;药物组口服复方丹参滴丸

比较两组患者总有效率和治疗前后心率、血压、24 h动态心电图的变化情况。结果:电针组总有效率为95.0%(19/20)

优于药物组75.0%(15/20

P<0.05);两组治疗后心率、收缩压和舒张压明显降低(P<0.01

P<0.05)

电针组较药物组降低明显(均P<0.05);24 h动态心电图示

两组治疗后SMI段压低持续时间和ST段压低次数均明显减少(P<0.01

P<0.05)

且电针组优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺内关穴对SMI具有很好的临床疗效

能减低心率和体循环动脉血压、减轻左室后负荷

优于口服复方丹参滴丸。
