摘要

在分析下合穴的形成及背景的基础上

探讨蕴含的腧穴主治规律及对认识经脉的意义。分析表明

足三里用穴经验对腑病主治穴的认识起到重要作用;下巨虚主治症、委阳与三焦对应关系

不全是用穴经验的体现;五输穴与下合穴为先后关系

"合"治腑病概念形成及下合穴未成为完善形式皆与此有关。下合穴的产生

同时也标志阳脉与内脏关系认识的转变

循此探究有助认识经脉脏腑关系及腧穴主治规律。
