摘要

目的:比较针刀与手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将184例患者随机分为针刀组(109例)、手术组(75例)。针刀组临床选择突出椎间盘局部相关软组织治疗点、臀上皮神经走行区、坐骨神经出口、双下肢神经支配区的反应点

采用针刀治疗;手术组采用小切口小开窗椎间盘摘除术

对两组临床疗效进行评定。结果:针刀组临床治愈率为82.6%(90/109)、有效率为96.3%(105/109)

手术组分别为86.7%(65/75)、97.3%(73/75)

组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定

与手术治疗疗效相当。
