摘要

目的:探寻治疗脑梗死偏瘫的较佳疗法。方法:将150例患者随机分为疏经组(A组)、调脏组(B组)及疏经调脏组(C组)

每组50例。在一般常规治疗基础上

疏经组以循经取穴为主

穴取四关、肩髃、外关、环跳、阳陵泉等;调脏组以腹针取穴为主

穴取引气归元(中脘、下脘、气海、关元)、商曲(健)、大横等;疏经调脏组取穴综合疏经组及调脏组穴位。所有患者在治疗前、治疗结束分别以Barthel指数表(BI)评定残障水平

以简式Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMMS)评定运动功能。结果:各组治疗后BI指数显著提高、残障率降低、FMMS评分提高

与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01);疏经调脏组在提高BI指数、降低患者残障率、改善肢体运动功能方面均优于疏经组或调脏组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针灸疏经调脏法是脑梗死偏瘫早期康复的较佳手段

其疗效优于单纯疏经或单纯调脏。
