摘要

笔者自2007年8月—2009年8月治疗产后压力性尿失禁52例

现报道如下。1一般资料全部52例患者均来自我院针灸科门诊

其中初产妇33例

经产妇19例;年龄22

8岁

平均29.8岁;病程1个月38岁

平均29.8岁;病程1个月

年;顺产43例

产钳助娩9例。临床表现为当腹压增大

如咳嗽、大笑、打喷嚏、搬提重物、快跑
