摘要

目的:观察运用圆利针行夹脊穴深刺和常规针刺治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效差异。方法:将150例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为夹脊穴深刺组(深刺组)和常规针刺组

每组75例。深刺组采用圆利针深刺夹脊穴入椎管刺激神经根

并随证取肾俞、委中、足三里、秩边等穴行常规毫针针刺;常规针刺组均采用毫针针刺

取穴同深刺组。分别观察两组患者治疗4周后和治疗后3个月随访时临床症状评分和疗效。结果:治疗后、随访时

两组患者临床症状评分均明显增加(均P<0.01)

深刺组较常规针刺组增加更明显(均P<0.001);深刺组治疗后、随访时总有效率分别为100.0%(75/75)、96.0%(72/75)

均优于常规针刺组的92.0%(69/75)、84.0%(63/75)(均P<0.05)。结论:圆利针行夹脊穴深刺治疗腰椎管狭窄症优于常规针刺治疗

且治愈后不易复发。
