摘要

谢继光老师家传针灸谢氏关刺法治疗各种痛证、痹症

多能应手而效。关刺即针刺骨节旁与筋肉交界处

近取与远取常配合使用。"止痛四穴"属于关刺的远端取穴

即三间、后溪、太白、束骨4穴

左痛取右

右痛取左

若遇顽固疼痛及左右均痛

则左右共8穴皆取之。治疗局限性慢性疼痛

须配合关刺近取。虚证关刺宜补法浅刺

多取健侧

并加用脐周四边穴大补元气。
