摘要

目的:评价芒针深刺配合锋钩针、火罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究

将120例患者分为观察组和对照组

每组60例。观察组采用芒针、锋钩针、拔罐治疗

穴取肩髃、臑俞、臑会、肩前;对照组采用常规针刺加拔罐治疗

取穴同观察组。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和肩关节功能活动Melle评分

分别于治疗前后对两组患者的镇痛疗效和肩关节功能活动疗效进行评价与比较。结果:观察组镇痛疗效愈显率为91.7%(55/60)

明显优于对照组的20.4%(12/59)(P<0.001);肩部功能活动改善方面

观察组愈显率为91.7%(55/60)

优于对照组的18.6%(11/59)(P<0.001)。两组治疗后VAS评分和Melle评分与治疗前比较均明显改善(均P<0.001)

且观察组改善程度优于对照组(均P<0.001)。两组治疗期间无不良事件发生。结论:芒针深刺配合锋钩针、火罐治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著、安全无不良反应。
