摘要

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴合浮针与单纯浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异

验证浮针与针刺夹脊穴的协同效应。方法:60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为夹脊穴合浮针组、浮针组

每组30例。夹脊穴合浮针组先对相应的肌筋膜触发点(MTrP点)进行浮针操作

并留置6h

然后再行针刺相应的夹脊穴等

留针30min。浮针组单用浮针疗法。两组均每天治疗1次

每治疗5天间隔2天

10次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。观察两组的镇痛平均起效时间、首次治疗后平均镇痛维持时间;并采用McGill疼痛询问量表比较两组首次治疗后以及2个疗程后的平均疼痛评分。结果:两组间镇痛起效时间比较

差异无统计学意义[(5.10±3.70)min vs(5.93±5.09)min

P>0.05]。夹脊穴合浮针组镇痛维持时间长于浮针组[(13.00±6.90)h vs(6.27±3.98)h

P<0.01]。首次治疗后两组疼痛分级指数(PRI)、目测类比定级法(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分比较

差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);2个疗程后夹脊穴合浮针组3项评分均低于浮针组(均P<0.01)。结论:针刺夹脊穴可以延长浮针的止痛时间

并且可以提高浮针的镇痛疗效。
