摘要

2008年7月—2010年1月

笔者应用针刺大陵或阳池为主治疗踝关节扭伤18例

现报道如下。1临床资料18例均为我院门诊患者

其中男13例

女5例;年龄最小14岁

最大38岁;病程最短0.5h

最长3天;病在左侧7例

右侧11例;其中外踝扭伤10例

内踝扭伤7例

内外踝同时扭伤1例。临床表现为有明显的踝部外伤史

损伤后踝关节出现疼痛、局部肿
