摘要

目的:归纳总结针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病的针灸病谱。方法:采用文献研究法

查阅1978—2007年《中国生物医学文献数据库》、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病的临床文献

统计针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病病种及每个疾病文献报道的频次

通过分析归纳

初步获得针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病的优势病谱。结果:针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病病种有29种

文献报道总数为1967篇;精神和行为障碍疾病中睡眠障碍、抑郁症、癔病、痴呆症、性功能障碍文献报道频次居前5位。结论:针灸治疗精神和行为障碍疾病优势病谱为痴呆症、戒断综合征、精神发育迟滞、强迫症、睡眠障碍、胃肠神经官能症(胃肠功能紊乱)、抑郁症、酒精中毒、梅核气。
