摘要

目的:观察运用《灵枢》针刺深度法在德国治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:21例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者均取章门、中脘、天枢、关元、期门、曲池、合谷、阴陵泉、足三里、太冲穴

按照《灵枢.经水》篇

8次为一疗程。观察患者第1、第2疗程的疗效和症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分。结果:第1疗程总有效率为52.4%(11/21)

第2疗程为90.5%(19/21)

第2疗程优于第1疗程(P

0.05)。第1疗程IBS-SSS评分为143.58±70.15

第2疗程为115.98±72.68

均较治疗前明显降低(均P

0.01)

第2疗程较第1疗程降低更明显(P

0.05)。结论:运用《灵枢》针刺深度法在德国治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有比较好的临床疗效

并且治疗时间越长

疗效越好。
