摘要

目的:验证电针与针刺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)的疗效

并比较其疗效差异。方法:通过回顾分析

将459例EPISBO患者分为电针组(355例)和针刺组(104例)。两组在常规治疗的基础上均穴取足三里、上巨虚、太冲、公孙、悬钟

分别采用电针和针刺治疗方法

每日1次

每次30 min。结果:459例均获治愈

电针组平均治疗天数明显短于针刺组(13.5±7.5 vs 20.8±6.5

P<0.05);两组的治疗天数均显著短于文献记载的肠外营养与药物的治疗天数(32.0±7.0

均P<0.05)。结论:电针和针刺在早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗中疗效显著

且电针的疗效优于针刺。
