摘要

目的:比较针刺与西药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效差异。方法:将120例患者随机分为针刺组、西药组

每组60例。针刺组采用针刺治疗

穴取内膝眼、犊鼻、阴陵泉、阳陵泉为主

并配合辨证取穴;西药组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊

每次2粒

每天3次。运用膝关节骨性关节炎自评量表(WOMAC)及中文版简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)于治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗后9周随访进行疗效评估。结果:治疗4周后针刺组总有效率为86.7%(52/60)、西药组为88.3%(53/60)

组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后9周随访针刺组总有效率为83.3%(50/60)

优于西药组的61.7%(37/60

P<0.05)。两组治疗后WOMAC和SF-36评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05

P<0.01)

治疗4周后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

治疗后9周随访针刺组WOMAC和SF-36评分改善优于西药组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:辨证取穴针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎与口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊近期疗效相当

而远期疗效针刺组优于西药组。
