摘要

目的:比较冲脉理论取穴法与常规取穴治疗中风吞咽障碍的疗效差异。方法:将78例患者随机分为冲脉针刺组(42例)和常规针刺组(36例)。冲脉针刺组以冲脉理论为指导取穴针刺治疗

穴取大杼、上巨虚、下巨虚、内关、公孙为主;常规针刺组常规取穴针刺

穴取风池、廉泉、天突、内关、足三里等。两组每日治疗1次

12次为一疗程

治疗4个疗程

采用洼田饮水试验评价两组吞咽功能。结果:冲脉针刺组有效率为100.0%(42/42)

常规针刺组有效率为77.8%(28/36)

冲脉针刺组疗效优于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。冲脉针刺组治愈患者治疗时间为(28.65±10.42)天

常规针刺组为(38.74±21.30)天

冲脉针刺组明显短于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:应用冲脉理论取穴针刺治疗中风吞咽障碍疗效优于常规取穴针刺

并且取效较快。
