摘要

为总结和分析穴位电阻研究进展和存在问题

探讨相应的解决思路

收集了1990—2011年的相关穴位电阻检测方面的文献

探讨不同检测类型仪器的优势和不足。穴位电阻的检测技术已取得一定的进展

这些技术通常用来进行腧穴定位和临床诊断

检测技术的进步主要表现在电路模型的改进

可连续检测更长时间、介质干扰更少等。但以往研究往往集中在皮肤电阻的检测

由于皮肤电阻并不等于穴位电阻

等效电路的设计不能反映穴位内部细胞、组织和神经的情况

而且检测技术也存在缺陷

主要影响因素如电极极化、接触介质和穴位解剖特点等难以排除

使得穴位电阻不能成为临床诊断标准和疗效判别的有效依据。针对上述穴位电阻研究的技术手段存在的瓶颈问题

提出需要通过修改技术方法、电路模型设计

并采用建立数学模型等使研究更加符合生命活体系统的要求

在穴位电阻研究中考虑人体的电感等

在仪器的设计中要尽量排除各种干扰因素

使实验设计能充分体现穴位内部的电阻变化规律。
