摘要

患者

男

24岁

于2010年8月24日就诊。主诉:右下肢大腿前外侧痛5年

伴足麻4年。病史:2005年突发右大腿前外侧疼痛而进行多项检查

胸MR示:T12存在异常占位

诊断为脊髓髓内海绵状血管瘤。2006年于北京天坛医院进行手术摘除治疗

术后右大腿前外侧疼痛未缓解

并出现右足发凉麻木等感觉障碍(手术造成)

以右足大趾为甚。疼
