摘要

针刀治疗的实质是经皮微创软组织松解术。传统针灸学当中具备经皮微创软组织松解术

但在近现代逐渐被边缘化

因此针刀医学的发展是对针灸学的复古。与传统针灸学相比

针刀医学对经筋学说进行了现代解释

吸收了解剖学和病理学理论以及无菌和麻醉技术

并对传统针具进行了改进

因此针刀医学又是对针灸学的创新。同时针刀医学的发展弥补了针灸学研究的不足

将在客观上促进针灸学的学科分化和学科交叉

是针灸学发展新的增长点。
