摘要

考察《内经》对腧穴的认识观念

认为腧穴所在之处具有明显的体表形态特征

表现在气穴、骨空、溪谷、络脉、脉动、筋结、压痛等。腧穴的形态特征符合腧穴的本来意义。结合腧穴的形态取穴

可以令临床取穴有形迹可循

有助于临床。后世由于腧穴的定位渐趋于固化

以骨度分寸作为主要取穴依据的方法成为腧穴应用的常态

渐渐疏离了经典与临床实际。
