根据中医体质学及治未病理论

系统分析更年期女性体质特征为肾虚、冲任不足及血少气余

初步探讨更年期前或早期辨质介入针灸的方法

以补肾调冲、调和气血为原则

穴取三阴交、肾俞、关元、百会等

采用适宜的针灸刺激

以期为我国更年期妇女防病保健提供一条新的思路。
