摘要

目的:评价针灸治疗青光眼的有效性。方法:检索数据库查找有关针灸治疗青光眼的随机对照试验

检索时间截至2010年9月。对纳入研究进行质量评价、提取资料

并进行Meta分析。结果:纳入8篇文献。Meta分析结果显示对比滴眼液

针灸并不能降低眼压[SMD=-0.66

95%CI(-1.45

0.13)]

但能提高治疗的有效率[OR=4.45

95%CI(1.96

10.09)];对比空白

针灸在干预后20min(P=0.13)和24h均不能降低眼压(P=0.21)

但能提高治疗的有效率[OR=45.00

95%CI(9.73

208.08)];对比针灸

量化针刺能提高青光眼治疗的有效率[OR=2.23

95%CI(1.14

4.36)]。结论:针灸能提高青光眼治疗的有效率

但尚不能确定可以降低眼压

针灸治疗的不良反应和经济学效益还需进一步研究。
